How do I make a payment for a purchase?
We offer several methods to make payments for your order: Credit Card & Debit Card, Net Banking and Cash on Delivery. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. Our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.

Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase (Octroi, Sales Tax)?
There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with us. The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The prices you see on our product pages are exactly what you pay for the item.  Also, you have to pay home delivery charges as extra.

What is Cash on Delivery?
Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is an alternate method of purchasing from us, other than Online (By Credit/Debit card and Net banking). In the COD payment terms or COD service, you pay at the time of the actual delivery, rather than paying in advance.

Are there any hidden terms and conditions for a COD purchase?
The maximum order value for a COD payment is Rs. 40,000. Its strictly a cash-only payment method; cheque or other payment methods cannot be used for COD orders.
Please note, we do not accept foreign currency as payment against a COD order.

What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated time of delivery is 5-10 days approx. It may differ from one item to another and location.

How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.

Cancellations & Returns:

We have a very easy and a hassle-free return policy. If you do not receive the package in safe & intact position , you are expected to not accept the package . in case the contents are  damages after opening  the package you shall report in 24 hours  with picture of the same and the same shall be picked up by our courier, you may return within 7 days of delivery for an exchange.

In case you are returning a product for any of the reasons, our logistics partner will come and pick up your returned box.

Send us the packed box through your preferred courier service. Ensure that the our address is securely pasted on the returned box –

To get a defective item replaced

  •  Contact Customer Care via the Contact Us Page or call our executive, within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  •  The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately.

How do I cancel an order? Alternatively, how do I return a product?
For cancellations by you:

  • If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
  • If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:
  •  If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
  •  If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.
